Before you cancel please note that we do require an “Active Subscription” in order to promote your account.

You can cancel the subscription on your own by logging into My Account (Click here) and click “Cancel Subscription” Once thats done it will show “Pending Cancelation” that means it will automatically cancel at the end of the week. No further action is required, you will not be charged again.

If you are billed after you sent your cancellation request email, it’s possible that support has not yet processed your cancellation request. Therefore, we will process a refund on any additional billing after you sent your cancellation request.
