Our refund policy lasts 7 days. After 7 days all refund requests will be reviewed by our team.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customers false expectations or wishes are not honored. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any service that is more than 7 days after delivery will be taken on a case by case basis.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you refund is approved and within the terms of our policy then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
